Can't believe I did it. They are so amazing. I was in about 12' of water and I swam right above them! They where about 35' long, 8' wide and a mouth that was large enough to swim right into... Yes I was squealing into my snorkel I was sooooo excited. They are huge, huge, graceful and smooth. I couldn't believe I was so close to them. If I had wanted to I could have reached out and touched one. We took the boat out and saw pangas circling around the sharks. I was ready to go in, sitting on the swim step with my snorkel and finns. One of the panga drivers came by to ask if I wanted to ride on their boat to get a closer look. They put me right on the perfect site and I was able to get in three times and lucky enough to swim with them. No, Bill hasn't swam with them yet and it is killing him that I have...
